They don't exchange anything

RECOMMEND. I managed to cash in a citibank check that was sent to me in 5 minutes. Walmart declined to cash in my check after standing in line for 30 minutes, crap. I took my driver license, I was also asked why I got the check, and I also had to show my UIUC ID card, so you may need 2 forms of identification. There is free parking, security(cashiers are behind glasses), the room is spacious, and the address was 1304 N Prospect Ave, not 1302. I also saw many other people cash in and leave.

Wish I could give 0 Stars. Worst service I have even encountered! Hung up twice asking about vehicle registration, forcing me to drive an additional 6hrs roundtrip to Chicago to complete registration outside of DMV hours.

Racist workers. Refused to even look at the check that needed cashed as soon as he saw skin color. Said he had the right to refuse service, which he does, but not based on the color of skin. Blatantly rude. Will NEVER use again.
