Napleton's River Oaks Kia in Calumet City, IL

I went in ready to buy. However, after going back and fourth with the numbers, I was told my car was a junk, and Kia would have to sell as a wreck.As he over priced the car I wanted to buy by 4000.oo At that point, I left. The level of professionalism from the finance manger , was atrocious.I had enough. Him wearing his best Louis Vuitton sunglasses did not help me take him serious either.His entire approach we very low end. They should really clean up their bottom of barrel staffing. As well I went down street and bought a beautiful new car. I did express my concern with the GM Ziggy, and he just hung up on me. Which is disappointing the lack of regard they have for their customers.

I worked with Jason D purchasing my new Kia soul. Very nice and helpful starting from the first phone call. He made the trade-in run smoothly! As he was getting my new car ready, another very friendly salesman Mark, kept me company. Everyone there was delightful. First experience with Kia was great!

IF HE DIDN'T HAVE OR KNOW THE ANSWER HE IMMEDIATELY WENT 2 HIS BOSS BY THE NAME OF BOB CLIFFORD. HE ALSO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. RIVER OAKS KIA IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE 2 GO 2 IF OR WHEN YOU ARE CAR SHOPPING.I HOPE/PREY THAT RIVER OAKS HAS MR. PEREZ 4 MANY YEARS BCUS A DIAMOND IN THE RUFF IS DEFINITELY WHAT MR.PEREZ IS. ON TOP OF IT ALL I'M DISABLED & MR. PEREZ EVEN ASSISTED ME W/ STANDING, OPENING MY WALKER, ETC. NEED I SAY ANYMORE. GOD BLESS ALL OF THE STAFF @ THIS WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP.
