Everytime i have to wait a prolonged period of time just to speak with a teller. I am here now and have been here for 20 mins already and there are still 3 people ahead of me with one teller for the people inside and one teller for deive through. All i want is to get a cashiers check and i can tell it wont make it to the post office befoe 5pm today. Coming here was a FAIL

I have been with this bank for about 6 months. Comcast took a double payment out of my account and overdraft my account. It was all the money I had and they say it takes 30 days to get a refund. Now they have charged me 2?over draft fees and 6.50 everyday my account is negative. Needless to say I'm going in to close this account today!
