Working with Dave through MSi for my first home was truely an amazing experience. Since we are from India, we did not have any idea about Home Loan and Mortgage, we just came to United States 1 year back and thought of buying a home in Bloomington. I was quite lucky that I got his reference from one of my Real State Agent EP Martin. Dave helped me to understand all the costs very clearly, He showed us several plans and helped us to get suitable grants also. It will not be possible to write all good experiences at here, the list is quite long. But in short I will say, he is a man of integrity and always keep his words. Thanks for delaying my closing and not giving a damn, Mortgage Services! Unfortunately, my FHA loan went through MSI via my lender. Apparently, if you don't go direct, you shouldn't expect any level of service/timeliness. Maybe some day they'll get it together, and I can finally close on that house I agreed to buy. It really makes me look forward to paying this company a few hundred thousand dollars over the next 30 years...Not a good way to start a relationship. I will be refinancing as soon as possible.
