This is a great family owned and operated store. When I walked in for the first time I was greated with a friendly face and people who wanted to help me. They gave me great prices for the stuff I brought in and were very insightful. Overall great place! Would definitely suggest to friends and family!

Kathy is one of kindest and smartest people I know. I love Monster Pawn and love their family. The store is very clean and very well taken care of. Bob and Dominic are very insightful and helpful. Love love love Monster Pawn!

Monster Pawn has always ALWAYS treated me fairly and like a valued customer. They have always given me more than fair prices for pawned items. Very friendly and courteous staff. My son enjoys shopping there as well and has found some nice treasures. Say 'hi' to the dog!! I cannot recommend them enough and would not think of going to any other pawn shop.

Awesome pawnshop! Gave me money for my broken gold my wife no longer wanted. Very nice customer service and family owned. The lady who runs the place was super helpful and very insightful. Would recommend!

I come here all the time and they are always very helpful whenever I'm in a tight spot and need some cash and I have bought several things for a great price and I highly recommend this location and normal Illinois All the guys that work there are always friendly and helpful
