Friendly knowledgeable staff- just what you need!

I know overdrafting my account is ultimately my fault. But if a customer is consistent and has had a loan and paid it off and hasnt had any negative impact on the business for more than 12 months i feel like most businesses would help a customer out and refund a $90 overdraft fee. The staff belittled me over the phone and made it seem like i should keep track of my money better, but I for one would never act like that towards anybody in a business setting. Cefcu is the only credit union or bank in the midwest that charges more than 35 for an overdraft fee. They took a total of $120 dollars from my account for an overage of maybe $40 dollars total. I hate to say goto a fortune 500 company such as Chase, but it might be lest costly in the end if you do.

My Grandmother always swore by her credit union, and I never really understood the difference between one and a bank until I needed to refinance my car and became a member of Cefcu. These people are amazing and their loan officers are understanding and kind. Forget the banks people, Put your money where it'll be safe.

Please tell me why it always takes 15-20 mins in the drive through when there are only three cars? This has happened so many times where it takes half my lunch just to get some money out of my savings.
