Since day one and to the end Nick was always so professional. Every question I had he had answer. Working with him made my process of buying a home understandable and comfortable. I learned a lot from his videos and his knowledge. I will totally recommend Nick to my friends, family and to everyone that wants to buy a property.

I could not have asked for better service from Nick and his team. I bought a short sale, and over the last 7 months Nick has been on top of everything. Nick is extremely easy to get a hold of, always quick to respond and has a vast knowledge in his field. I believe that if it was not for Nick the short sale would have fallen through. I would use Nick again and would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for an easy mortgage process. Thanks again Nick and the team.

Nick and his team are fantastic! We highly recommend them! They were very easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and always responded to emails in a timely manner. They made the difficult process of buying a home easy. They also kept us informed every step of the way! They even included videos about the process!! We loved working with them!!

I have to admit, Nick was so polite and available and informative. His videos and emails were great. All this while Nick had personal trouble in his life. He was a trooper. My only reason for 4 stars was John Jones and underwriting. John started emailing me out of the blue requesting information. I had to call Nick to verify this is a guy I was supposed to work with. Underwriting was what it is, important and thorough, but for them to request gift documentation from my father-in-law, 1 day before we were supposed to close. We were lucky he wasn't working this week, or we would have missed our closing. Great process with Nick. Thumbs down for John Jones professionalism and underwriting stipulations with no regard for the customer.

Nick and Dave were so helpful during this process! I would highly recommend them. I got answers very promptly no matter what day or time it was. They made a sometimes stressful process, relatively stress free!
