I called their phone number to inquire about joining and opening an account. The phone menu gave me three options, none of which applied to me. Shortly thereafter, the voice said "Thank you, good bye" and I was disconnected. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Customer service via telephone is sketchy at best. I was immediately put on hold and waited 4 minutes until the person came back on the line. Then I get the impression that the person at the credit union did not want to help me at all saying it was a 3rd party issue. If I ran that place I would have classes on customer service and then fire those who don't "get it"

Joining the Fox Valley CU was a good decision for me and my family. Client Services has always been pleasant and quick in person or over the phone. They offer multiple programs and options outside of checking and savings and are conveniently located. I like the fact that I've gotten to know them and they know me, which makes for a great working relationship.

Make sure you call first google is wrong on the times when open, or at least the when the lobby is open. Also note the lobby is closed on Wednesday, but not the drive threw.
