U.S. Bank ATM - Algonquin - Meijer in Algonquin, IL

The experience I have had with US bank is even worse than TCF, who put the wrong address on my checks and mailed them to my former address. The manager at US bank assured me no fees would be charged on my checking account. Fees were charged to my low balance account and they added a line of credit to my account without authorization. They transferred the bank fees to the line of credit, which they added late fees to after I did not pay. I went to the branch to fix it. I paid a small amount and was assured everything would be ok. They apparently didn't fix the line of credit and kept adding fees to my line of credit which I never wanted. I have made many trips to this branch. I have called customer service many times and been transferred even more. Everyone promises to call back and people rarely do. The person who helped the most was when I tried to go to another branch, that person made the manager call me back, only to offer me a bogus discount to clear one of my two accounts this happened to, and he never got back to me regarding the other.
