Pawn 1 in Twin Falls, ID

Great selection of musical instruments. I've bought a couple of items that were great. They seem to make sure their items are cleaned up and presentable to sell.

I just bought my second gun from them in the last 3 months. When I got there they acted like they did not care if they had my business or not. I was polite and waited. They helped 2 people ahead of me that came after me while I was waiting for my turn. They knew I was there, I was standing at the counter. While I took 45 seconds to fill out my paper for my background check. The lady left to take another customer, again that came in after I did. The lady returned and had to go and talk to another employee in the back. Then it took both of them to do the paper work for my item. VERY POOR ATTITUDE / VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER buy from them again. I gave them one star because it would not let me post with a 0 star.

Always excellent services. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this pawn shop out of the other ones in twin :)

I came in a couple days ago to find a used digital camera for my son. We walked in store and main focus was the tool section, very dirty and unorganized. Tools should be in the back of the store not the main focus when you walk in. We saw the digital cameras they looked all scratched up and not taken care of.....Sad.

The selection was okay. I waited at the jewelry counter for half hour. No one seemed to want to help. Spent an hour in the shop. No help. Took my money and left. I'll find a watch elsewhere. I did enjoy the employees walking around joking with each other. They found themselves extremely funny. I guess not being local I didn't get all their jokes. They were polite. One of them even said, "excuse me" because I was in his way. He had to get back to the counter to flirt with one of the girls working. If you are used to bad service, this place seemed to have a good selection for a smaller town. But if you aren't cute, or expect to buy something from behind the counter, pass. Half hour in any direction to find a better place to shop.
