Negative all the way. They report wrong to the credit bureau. Their customer service has gone down and they have very poor internet security. I was a customer years previously and I tried to give them another chance and have found they haven't changed.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this branch, and with ICCU in general. This branch always seems to have kind, knowledgeable people. We've done everything lots of stuff there, including standard banking, getting cashiers checks, and shopping for loans. Not sure if he's there any more or not, but Mr. Koontz is an excellent person to work with while loan shopping.
