The main problem with this branch is the people, they are rude, dumb, and overall incompetent. A good example of this would be when i deposited 1,500 dollars into my account or at least thats what i intended instead they put it someone else's account after 2 weeks of making the hour trip up to the branch almost daily they finally put it back into my account. Thats just one of the many mistakes they have made. So Please take my advise and DO NOT USE US BANK! I have recently switched over to mountain west bank and LOVe it i reccomend anyone thinking of switching from banks in priest river to go there its just a little farther for a lot better service.
