They are terrible at calling customers back. It has take overy two months for them to do a relationship change for my husband and I. In the future we will go to the Coeur d'Alene branch if we need to do anything more then deposit money. If we ever have a problem with them again we will switch banks.

Good friendly service. I feel comfortable when i go inside and find it easy to talk to my bankers who are very helpful.
