Westmark Credit Union in Pocatello, ID

My family has been with this credit union for a long time and we have never had problems and always recieved quick and pleasant service.

They make paying your bill a hassle. No way to debit a bank account for auto pay.

I love the people I have worked with at Westmark on Alameda in Pocatello , over the years they have been very good to me. I usually do everything online so I forgot they close their drive up at 5:30. Arriving at 5:32 of course they were closed which I'm so glad they can go home and be with their families too, I used to be a teller so I understand what they do. I had to have my cash in the deposit for the next morning so I drove up to put my deposit in the night drop realizing I didn't have an envelope for my cash I backed up and rang the buzzer because I could see them in the window under the curtain. Not wanting to be bothered by me they turned their lights off, I explained talking to the closed window I just wanted an envelope I was very calm but sad they didn't want to even turn their speaker on to talk with me. I pushed the buzzer again and explained I just wanted an envelope this time they turned the outside lights off so I would get the message they did not want to be bothered by my plea. Am I over reacting? The first buzz at 5:32 to just acknowledge me through their speaker would have saved us a lot of time and humiliation. 5 min later the manager throws up the curtain 5 people are starring at me like I'm the worst person on the planet to bother them, hands me the envelope I had been pleading for (which means they heard me through the window) I thanked them so much and apologized for bothering them put in my deposit and cried most of the night from the humiliation. I have worked customer service for over 35 years so I know how you should be treated. I want to apologize to the staff if I caused them any trouble.

I have had accounts at Westmark for around ten years. The gals at the Alameda branch are the reason I stay there. They are all awesome all of the time.
