VanDyk Mortgage in Pocatello, ID

This company is dishonest and a complete bully. Their MANAGER handled our loan. We were told by EVERY lender in Pocatello, Chubbuck area that we could not get a specific type of loan due to certain circumstances. We were nervous that he was the only person that could do this type of loan. When we approached him with our questions, we were answered with resentful language and tone. This made us even more nervous to go through with this loan which led us to drop the house we wanted, get a new lender, and keep looking for a new place to live. Not only did he (again the MANAGER) not leave it alone after that, but he also accused us and our new lender of “talking crap” against him. We went with a totally different type of loan and found a wonderful house no thanks to this man. I WILL NOT be bullied when buying a home let alone my FIRST home. I WILL NOT recommend ANYONE to this company. It is scary buying your first time and it was horrible in the presence of this man and his company.

Working with VanDyk Mortgage was awesome! It was hassle free and really easy. They put all of our worries to rest. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Daren Crockett was a great mortgage loaner to work with. He was willing to answer and questions we had, whenever we had them. He went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and help us with our mortgage loan. He was willing to stay later in the office, so my husband and I could sign documents after he got off of work.
