This is a edited review. I went from hating this place to loving then. They have totally changed from when I started to bank with them. The only reason they are not 5☆ is the hours. They need a branch that is open Saturday. When they have Saturday hours they will be the best bank/credit union I have ever stepped foot in.

They lost the title to our truck. So I'm having to file for a lost title. They don't show any sympathy to them losing my title or didn't go out of their way to make it right. Worst people I have ever dealt with. What happen to customer service and putting customer first. Will never go to PFCU ever again.

I was a newly divorcee with two small children when my water heater broke down, I had no one to turn to. In the process I also had quickly find a Financial Institution that would take care of my family need in case of emergencies. I walked into PFCU sat down and explained my emergency, two days later I had a new water heater installed and have never locked back.
