CapEd Credit Union in Nampa, ID

I've banked with cap ed for years now, they all had great customer service except for this location. They're extremly slow, rude, and the turnover on tellers must be high because most of them seem to be clueless. I wouldn't be with them still except for their loan rates are awesome, and the only reason they didn't get a 1 star. Their branch manager needs to do a better job training their staff and teach them what member service is.

We have sn RV loan & that is fine. I don't always want to go on line & sometimes I want to call them. I had to literally go in just to tell them I had a new addres! The automated system says you need a pin #; as far as I know, I don't have one. They need to improve their customer service & that includes their phone system.

This is a very busy branch because of the location. Ive always found the staff to be friendly and working to help the customers as quickly as possible. What they don't fail on is accuracy in confirming the customers transaction. For all the negative comments being given, maybe those unhappy parties should address the issues with the branch manager and give them an opportunity to hone their skills. Honestly, for customer service relations, you would be hard pressed to find nicer people than those at the credit union.

Drive thru was bad!

Horrible at following up with customers. Had to go in TWICE for things I was applying for through Cap Ed. Seems to be organized, could use better training/ basic customer service.
