We had been shopping for a house in the Boise area. I had been dealing with one particular mortgage company in Meridian while searching for a house that had pre-approved us, said we were great candidates, we had money down, good credit scores. After putting an offer in on a house, that company told us they couldn't do the loan, we didn't qualify! Luckily, my realtor Fred Bartel suggested using Dan at affinity mortgage. Dan was able to get our loan closed with virtually no problems, he had a solution for everything. He obviously has a ton of experience and I am confident there is no one better in the area to deal with.

Andrew and his staff were prompt, friendly, got things done very quickly. It was a grate experience as they understood the urgency of getting me into our home. The Affinity team are true professionals and very responsive. Questions and phones are answered promptly. Very knowledgeable on products. A true pleasure to deal with.

Working with Andrew and his staff was a very positive experience. It seems mortgages, a refinance, etc. can be difficult and are challenging at best. However Andrew and team were very knowledgeable, great at explaining next steps and diligent in their follow-through.
