Since the day I begun the search of a home to call my own, these wonderful individuals have looked out for me as a family member of their own. Absolutely 1st Class!!!! This is the 4th time I have bought a home, and I must say, the home loan team of Veterans United in Mountain Home, ID provided the best loan service! From the first meeting through to the final closing of the home sale, Kim, Danielle and Liz provided 1st class service. They provided clear instructions, patiently walked me through all the loan options and advised on which type of loan (conventional vs VA, for instance) best meets my needs, and kept me well-informed on the progress of the loan application. There was never a moment where I felt stressed out over this loan. I very highly recommend this awesome loan team!

Kim drove to my office in Boise to start the application process and made the entire process clear and easy. Almost all of my documentation was submitted and/or signed via internet/email, which sped the process up immensely. From the day my credit was pulled until I was notified that we could close was two weeks and one day. I got the home loan I wanted at the interest rate that I wanted and walked away from the closing table with a decent check in my pocket and a new home to live in.
