I wouldn't even give them 1 star! The branch manager Alex Is a bold face liar! He lied to my face over the smallest and simplest things that a bank employee should know and he denied knowing the basics! How on earth did he become a branch manager and not stay cleaning toilets because everything that comes out of his mouth is BS. He has thrown his customer under the bus! How i know this is because he made a mistake and instead of tsking blame, he lied about his customer about talking with him when that was not true. When he gets caught in a lie, he scrambles. If he is going to lie about petty things.... what do you think he will do about bigger things? Ya not one who you would want to do buisiness with. The ONLY way i would ever do buisness with Zion is if they Fire the crook they hired to run it! ALEX!
