I moved over 2,000 miles to accept a position with P1FCU. I was written up my first week at being at my home branch for looking at my phone while it sat in my purse. At the time I was called into the office for said write up I was told it was my 3rd transgression. I was NEVER even told about my first or second time that I evidently had violated the "no tolerance" cell phone rule. I was never even told there was a no tolerance cell phone rule. At the end of my 30 days I was let go for a clerical error on a transaction. I tried to get more detailed information to know the extent of my error but no one really informs you of anything. Bottom line, if you are okay with being micromanaged and let go for sins you didn't even know you made this is the place for you. Basically, if the manager had liked me I would still have a job. I was done a favor by being let go.
