The team at gentry finance has been wonderful to work with and does what ever they can to help our family with our needs. We have been customers of theirs for a year. They care about thier customers and are willing to be there to help you!

On the last payment for my loan, I mailed in my check on the due date. 1 week passed and I was still getting calls that my payment wasn't received -- Finally as I am getting ready to call and cancel that check, the manager (whom I've been in regular contact with the entire time) calls to tell me a neighboring business accidentally got my check instead and had just brought it over. I told them awesome, go ahead and cash it, the manager said we were all good. 1 week AFTER that conversation she has an associate call to tell me that now I owed a late fee, I tried to challenge it reminding them that it was the mail carrier's fault, to which the manager told me she'd "charge it off" but then they wouldn't do any business with me from here on out. Keep in mind I pay EVERY SINGLY MONTH -- NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT- only 1 "late" payment during my 2 separate loans I've had with them. In the fine print of these loans there is a 10 day grace period for payments. Gentry may or may not recognize this policy at any given time during your repayment period-- Hence the 1 "late" fee. Please, unless you're facing imminent eviction, or death, or literally have no other options.. do not give these people your business. They will treat you terribly and they could not care less about their customers.
