DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will mess up the paperwork multiple times. They will also tell you to send them more money right before you close. They don't care what the Good Faith Estimate says. They will also tell you that they won't refund any of your fees, or try to make things right with you. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually used this company because of the loan officer I had worked with several times before. She retired, and I was left with a mortgage company that didn't really care about me. My husband passed away, and I'm in the process of refinancing my mortgage, and I'll finally be able to cash out some of my equity and pay my mortgage online. I have never been able to pay online and I pay most of my bills online. If my original loan officer was available I would consider refinancing with this company, but since she's not available I have to go with a company that allows me to pay onlune.
