Worst company ever. We have paid our mortgage every month on time and they call us the same night or the next day and threaten to foreclose on our house if we don't make a payment. We have spoken with several supervisors and they have said they would take care of the issue since they show our payment being made on time. The next month it's the same thing all over again. I can't wait to refinance with a new company. I do not recommend evergreen they will threaten you by mail and phone even if you make your payments on time.
