Would not recommend. Was trying to refinance through Summit Funding. I'm married, but the title is in my name only. And we wanted to keep it that way. After dragging it on for 2 months, she finally told me in order to continue we would have to get a divorce, or add him to the title. Idaho is a common law state. there is no reason I would have to add my spouse if I didn't want too. I have a friend who is an underwriter at another company. I told him the situation, and he laughed about it and told me that if my spouse and I didn't want him on the title and loan I most certainly did NOT have to add him. I wish we wouldn't have wasted time, and money for the appraisal and just gone to a company that knew what they were doing.

First time when we purchased our first home in 2011 in Eugene OR The second time when we refinance the house in 2016 Our experience in Both times with David Kammerer and his team was great. We challenged them with our frequent busy schedule due to out of state traveling for business. They were on top of things all the time. Email and phone communications were great. David and his team were always available to answer questions and explain this long detailed process Of homeloans, that is usually a very stressful one. We felt the whole time that we can count on them and that they are on our side as well. Win win situation. When we will need assistance with home loans or refinance we will go back to work with Summit fundings in Eugene in a heart bit.
