Pawn 1 in Lewiston, ID

I love this place! I spent most of an afternoon going to several pawn shops around Lewiston in search of a reasonably priced, entry level, used guitar. As is often the case, the majority of the shops in town were asking more than MSRP for their used product and negotiating was a joke (Using the app on my phone I found I could often purchase the new version of the product with a warranty from Amazon for less). It was pathetic. Pawn 1 was entirely different. The asking price on all the products I saw was fair, and even then they negotiated with me. They gave me a fair amount for an instrument I was selling (30% more than was offered by their competition). Beyond all of that though Daniel and Chris (who I dealt with) provided excellent customer service. They took time to help me find several other products I was looking for and get them into the price range I desired. They were also very friendly and personable - something that seems to be a forgotten art today. I will certainly continue to visit this business so long as they continue to function this well. In fact, I am already working on my wish list for the next trip.

This places service sucks got an Xbox from here I didn't work for more than a week got a TV and they gave me the wrong power cord

Never go to Pawn One. They are a disgusting franchise who accused us of lying when they sold us a broken computer with a refund and wouldn't return it. Their employee Doug went behind our back after fixing it for weeks instead of just returning it like we asked and said we were liars to his boss. Scamming business model and terrible experience.
