Wells Fargo Bank in Idaho Falls, ID

Not very helpful

I had to stop a payment from being drawn from my account, the banker I worked with was discourteous and electivly charged me for the service. After charging me, she failed to stop the payment, costing me $130. When confronted, I was told the bankers have the right to charge for the service at-will and the failed stop payment was my fault for not giving them enough time to complete the action. It was done 2 business days prior to the withdrawal.

Definitely not the best bank. I need to call a number to get further access my my own account, that is pointless and annoying.

They suck. Uncooperative to my simple banking needs. Ignored me for an hour and finally gave up. They have hired what appears to be a group of homosexual individuals and continue to hire only people of those lifestyles. I feel highly uncomfortable with the in your face gay behaviour.

Been with Wells Fargo for several years and had mixed experiences with various branches. These guys were very polite, courteous and friendly. Happy to be so close to this branch now
