The staff were kind and professional, however, they were abudently dishonest with what they can and cannot do. I applied and they offered me the loan; after getting further information from me, they withdrew my approval, pinged my creditscore, and began spaming me with phone calls and letters for several weeks after.

I have borrowed from this branch once before and had no issues. I entered through the opened back door and was scolded like a child and manager loudly announced that I was ten minutes late. What a greeting and what a way to make a customer feel welcome Manager was extremely loud office was loud unable to concentrate. I felt like the enemy Loud micromanaging manager. Door was propped open with a chair when I returned to finish my paperwork. Nearly tripped over it. Nice professional woman completed my paperwork.
