Great customer service they got me a car loan with no credit

If you are looking for a LEMON this it the place to go! They sold me a car that I have had for a year and half now and it has been in the shop for over six months of that time. When I bought it the dealer was driving this car home at night for what appeared to be no reason, but it was because they did not want to pay to have the battery changed on a Volkswagen. I had to change that out within the first 2 weeks of having the vehicle. And from there I have had to replace all 4 tires, the rear axle, the radiator TWO times, the fuel pumps and filters, the alternator and last the water pump. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy to buy a car.

They helped me and my fiance get into the car we wanted at a price we could afford. We were first time buyers so we were having a hard time with finding financing for the vehicle we wanted. They stepped in and helped us get a great vehicle at an amazing price! I would recommend ACC to anyone!

This place is a joke! Bought a durango from them. After a week the heater went out, it was dead middle of winter, so i called to see if they could help me resolve the issue, they said they would call me back. Never got a call. I decided it wasnt that big of an issue, and fixed it myself. Then about a month later, it started to have problems with the wiring or the ignition, not sure which. Needless to say it wouldn't start. I called and talked to THE OWNER! He said they would pick it up, take it to their shop, and see what the problem was. The car sat in the street for TWO WEEKS before they picked up. And when they did pick it up they didn't even notify me. I Talked to the owner again a few days later, he asked me if i wanted to get the durango back after they figured out the issue, i said of course! being as how its my only car! Weeks went by and not one person contacted me! Then i get a letter in the mail saying my car had be reposessed!!! Are you freaking kidding me!?!?! Im so mad! This place is a joke, and the owners, or whoever they let run this place, are very unprofessional and scam artists!!! I will not recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience here, they got me in and out within an hour or less! Better than those other dealerships that take 4 hours! The car has a couple things wrong with it but they are taking care of me! I highly recommend these people to someone that's looking for a nice car!
