Pawn 1 in Hayden, ID

I pop in with my guy weekly to see what wonderful thing we might not have. We've had our hit an miss with attitudes an products but the positive always outweighs the negative. I'd deal with these guys on bad days any day if it means I would never step foot in Walmart again. Lol. Just use some common sense, if your polite an friendly they will treat you well, always plug things in, unplug check battery, connect ECT.

I initially wrote a pretty negative review for an incident that happened here. However, The higher ups saw that and took immediate action to fix the problem and miscommunication at the time. They have shown me they absolutely care about customers, and genuinely want people to have a positive experience in their stores. One of their managers called me personally and helped fix the situation. The employee I initially had an issue with also seemed genuinely apologetic. All is well and I'm extremely satisfied with how they handled it especially knowing that was not something they had to do. Kudos to Pawn 1, and thanks! I'm happy to be shopping here again! -J

Was shopping for some drum cymbals and I wanted to ask a question about a cymbal I was holding in my hands. There was another customer buying something so I was standing behind him and waiting my turn. Customer paid and walked out the door and the guy behind the counter walked straight passed me and wondered around the pawn shop like he was bored and looking for something to do. I stood there looking at him for 5 minutes and nothing. So I put the cymbal down on the counter and walked out. Zero customer service skills. Never shopping there again.

I am retracting this bad post. Pawn 1 has made things right and have taken care of me and the situation. It was a lack of communication on my part. I do apologize for my earlier statement. Pawn 1 has always been good to me.
