Staff is super friendly, helpful, and thorough. They remember return customers, and go out of the way to answer your questions!

They were professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When I have to go to the bank. I will drive to this one instead of the one by my house.

My bank does not offer overnight foreign currency exchange, so I called around. Called US Bank corp office, and they told me they could overnight no problem, but since I was did not have an account, I had to go to a local branch to order so they could get a DL and signature. Stopped into this Eagle branch and asked to order the foreign currency. After about five minutes of waiting for the teller to figure out how to order, she informed me that due to a recent policy change, I had to have an account with them to order. (no other banks required that btw). I said, if that is required, I'll open one. To which the teller responded, "it takes about 30 minutes to open an account". I responded, that's fine, as long as I can still get the currency next day. She then said "you can't open up an account just to do this". I asked why not, as I might use the account for more than just this one transaction. She then replied, "because you have to have an account open for 60 days to use any services like this". The tone was rude and condescending. That was enough convince me decide I'll never be banking with US Bank. Drove up Eagle rd to Chinden to Zions bank, and they completed the entire transaction in about 5 minutes. (without having an account there)...

Worst bank ever! Their turn over rate is so high! Makes you wonder why?

I've had my business banking here for over two years and I've been pleased with the staff. Always friendly with seldom a wait. And you can't beat the convenience of so many locations (Albertson's branches).
