In our opinion we were treated with condescension. I asked repeatedly for updated figures, because things weren't making sense. I was told that I just didn't understand and that everything would be OK. In the end it cost us $200 in a subordination fee charged by our 2nd mortgage holder and the very questions I had in the beginning came into play and resulted in us not being able to do the refinance. In our experience he promised more than he was able to deliver. In our experience he also didn't listen well. I had to ask him to not respond to us in a condescending manner. I should have known better and pulled the plug earlier. He is aggressive, I'll give him that.
