On the contrary I've had a great experience with Capital Auto. They are willing to work with their customers to adjust payment dates if necessary without question and they have been very friendly and accommodating on the phone. If you're working to rebuild your credit this is a great place to begin.

They suck... Seem really friendly at first and like they might wor with you but when you actually go through a real hardship like a hospitalization they do not work with you they do not hold true to their word and they wound up taking your car. never recommend a capital to any of my friends. And good luck with the vehicle you got from me it was a lemon to begin with cracked block, bad radiator door falling off.

This company lies and will do anything they can to make money no matter what. horrible customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional staff! terms and conditions as well as rates are better with a loan shark or payday loan company, than with Capitol auto.

Great company with friendly staff. They are always willing to work with people as long as they communicate with them. I would recommend Capital Auto Loan to anyone.
