Bob is a class act. First of all, he really knows guns. But most important, he is a fair and honest guy to deal with. Great prices, great selection, best decorated gun store in Northern Idaho.

Employees are rude and less than helpful. I've been in this store twice now and have left and purchased weapons and accessories at other stores strictly because of the way I was treated both times I walked into the store. If you want to be treated with disrespect and contemp, I highly recommend going here.

Was ready to drop $500 down for a new pistol. Had some questions for the guy running the place after he asked if I needed any help. Asked about a pistol he had for sale and running a suppressor, he almost seemed like talking to me was a pain and a waste of time. He did answer some questions but I felt like I was jerk for even asking the way he answered. Conclusion: going down to the road to another shop to spend my hard earned money.
