The phone support is terrible. Very long wait for a representative and their is not a number to talk to the local branch. Get it together Numerical!

One in Hayden really nice to. Can't wait for one on mullan. Have my car loan through them have only made three payments and I have to say I'm really impressed. Fast at answering questions, great staff that is friendly helpful and if have any questions they don't know answer they start researching or asking other staff. Haven't left there without a answer or unhappy at anytime. Don't like that can't call and pay with debit card either has to be setup to come outta bank acct, pay in peraon, or pay $10 to do it online (don't understand that one and pretty ridiculous in how much fee is. I've done lots different payments through alot of companies over phone and most ever paid was like $3 tops. Really considering switching from my current bank to them.

All banks. Suck. But these guy take it to a new level. And that is why I switched. Banks. And left

By far the best service, support and staff of any credit union I have ever experienced on a consistent basis. A special thanks to Sue S... she really makes banking very easy.

Love the CDA branch! The people are helpful and the manager Holly is amazing! Would definitely recommend this bank!
