I have know the owner for a long time. I am extremely confident in their collection services. I have called many times with questions on how to handle accounts & they always take the time to help me as best as possible. If you are in need of a collections agency this is the place!

They send all collection attempts to old address' so you never receive them even though they have to have your current address since the company that the debt originally came from does, hang up on you when you answer your phone and then they sue you claiming they've made every effort to collect the debt. I cant build my credit no matter how hard i try , cant buy a house or get a credit card because i couldnt afford some medical bills.
