Awsome people Awsome place, super helpful and they know me by name because of how often I use their services I would and have recommended people to this place and would do so again.... the interest on your loan is very high but for what they lack in lower interest rates is made up in excellent customer service... they aren't out to get your car they are out to get there money which in my experience has proven helpful allowing me a little leniency in areas where most places wouldn't thank guys you have won my loyalty!!!

I have rarely in the loan industry, or any other business interactions throughout my life, been fortunate enough to have caring and friendly people taking care of me. The staff at Idaho Title Loans worked with me, above and beyond what was expected, during some financial difficulties I was having (both when I very first started my first title loan with them and towards my most recent situation which was during my established loan period). It never mattered if my account would show: payments current, on time, missed or slightly late. The staff never spoke to/ or contacted me in a rude and condescending manner. They would always start first by asking how I have been, if anything cool or interesting has happened in life that I wanted to share, or if I had any questions or concerns about my existing loan. Only after catching up, would they try to get into any fine print talk or resolving accounting concerns/ questions they had from their end. So: Thank you Toni-Rae and Katie for making the whole loan process personal and for always treating me like a friend stopping by to visit and not just another customer. RE: Previous Rater/ Reviewer Ezekiel- I'm not one to say any other person's opinions or experiences with a company (agreeing or disagreeing with my own opinions and experiencs) is valid or not. I can say the women, working at the Cd'A Idaho Title Loan location, are beautiful and in very appropriate shape. Suggesting 'they/ or a single lady' (I wasn't clear what you meant after reading your poor use of grammar) working here needs a salad, was off point and completely distracted from anything else your rant was trying to rate or review in regards to the business. If you're so unhappy about an experience you have had, my personal life history has always proven it best to try and stick to facts and specific reasons behind leaving a review. Communication errors often arise from choosing to just start throwing out personal, hurtful and disrespectful insults at people instead of using actual accounts or examples of the point you are trying to make. I especially would also try using a spelling and/ or grammar checking program first, that way when I do choose to use nasty and pointless statements about another human being, the readers won't require translation skills to understand what is being said. Though my English is far from perfect, it would just give the review as a whole, as well as the specific comments within it, a lot more validity and weight to the reader.

Terrible customer service. Branch manager is a joke. They lie about # of locations. They don't have a corporate office. They are a laugh. They need a salad big girl. Greg is a clown, he's the fake Corp executive.
