U.S. Bank Branch in Caldwell, ID

Horrible experience. We had to change banks due to my husbands employer and were sad to leave US Bank. That is, until the interaction I had at this branch yesterday and today on the phone. Carolyn(the supervisor) was absolutely horrible. I had ordered new checks 2 days before I found out we had to switch banks. I called customer service and was informed to bring the checks into ANY branch location and that I would be refunded and taken care of. I did just that yesterday at the Caldwell location and was told by Carolyn that "we don't do that" and that I needed to figure it out on my own. I told her that I had called into the check services as well as US Banks customer service and that they said it should be easy enough to do. She then told me she would take the checks and call when she was available to. I left and called check services and they apologized for my experience and refunded my money through the system right then and there. Today, I recieve a call from Carolyn at the Caldwell location telling me to come pick up my checks. I asked her if she had called and she replied "no, come get your checks." I then informed her that I had already talked to check services and it was handled and she hung up on me. I have already called US Banks customer service line to lodge a complaint. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a US Bank location and now I'm glad we left.
