Idaho Central Credit Union: Cleveland Branch in Caldwell, ID

This had been my favorite bank, but when I came in to apply for a service the employees were rude and sarcastic. After sitting down the male employee was rude and demeaning. Not sure if it's because I look young that no one took me seriously, but it was unprofessional, embarrassing, and I won't go to this location again.

cleveland blvd and blaine street in caldwell. not even one star. i do business at the cleveland branch. i tried to get a car loan and i was getting a bunch of snide and rude attitudes from the loan officers. they denied me. but i got the car anyways and refinanced it and Brian accepted it for me. but the other loan officers are disrespectful. several months later me and my wife aplied for a home loan. and more snide remarks and disrespect. we got the loan application in and was told Erica at the blain branck would contact us within a few days. eithin a month i had no contact with anyone. numerous ignored calls amd voicemails and emails. it took the corperate office in pocotello to call them and tell them to contact me FOR THE 3RD time and after a month i finally got a call and they said they lost our application. HOW DO YOU LOOSE A HOME LOAN APP?! but they said we could come in and apply oncr again?!. WHY?! do take another ding on my crsdit score and hope they dont loose it again and possibly fight to hear anything from them? nope no more business with this credit union. im transfering. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO LONG LOYAL CUSTOMERS. NOT TO MENTION RUDE, SARCASTIC AND DEMEANING. I hate to say it but i had better service from the infamously corrupt chase bank than these chase bank loan officers. Thanks for reading. Hope this was helpful.

I do absolutely love this credit union and I have been a custom since this location opened. I started my children with their first checking accounts here, and they have an awesome program for teens. However, I do have to agree with a few of the other comments about a few of the loan officers. We went in to apply for a student loan for my daughter and to my surprise one of the male loan officers was snide and rude. Other then that the employees have always been extremely helpful, and friendly. Besides the one loan officer, I have always gotten top customer service, and I have several accounts. I really do love this bank and am a customer for life.
