Absolutely love ICCU they're amazing Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good credit union!

Great bank but they have yet to answer my phone calls. I wait on the line for at least 15 minutes before I give up each time. You have to physically go in to get service.

My wife and I banked with ICCU before we moved to Burley. We were impressed with how prompt the service was and how knowledgable I felt the employees were. My experiences with the Burley branch have not been quite as positive. We have often left messages to have people contact us about potential loans and things of that nature and haven't received calls back. If we ever do have questions that we don't need local assistance we call one of the other branches. When we have asked if the credit union offered services like ESA's and things of that nature the staff seemed very unsure. They often said they didn't know the answer and never found the answers. We decided to do our home mortgage with a different credit union even though we had been members at ICCU for well over a year.

I went through the Drive-Thru to make a payoff and a payment on 2 other loans, when I was explaining what I was needing the teller interrupted me and I had to repeat myself, she then came back asking questions and I repeated myself a third time. I told her if she just would have listened without interrupting she could have understood from the start, she then had another teller provide me with my receipts so she didn't have to deal with me again. Now today more than 10 business days after the payoff, we still have not received the title. ------ Go figure, terrible service.
