Update: Do NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They make claims of helping people but In reality they will take the first opportunity to steal from you and keep your property even if you pay in full. I speak only the truth..the only legal proceedings are against them for running a scam of a business. I have all the proof needed..video, audio, all communications DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!! THIS BUSINESS IS A FRAUD THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PAYMENTS AND CLAIM THEY NEVER RECIEVED THEM. WE PAID OUR LOAN OFF COMPLETELY..HAVE RECIEPTS THAT PROVE IT AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE OUR TITLE BACK BEN THE OWNER IS A SCAM ARTIST.

My fiance and I both got a loan here two seperate days. And the ladies and Ben are just amazing! Very welcoming and they will do their best to help u in the budget that u need to take out. The rates are super low ...lowest in town actually. I highly recommend them! And they even have a 10 day grace period! I will def go back to them when i need quick emergency funds!

I have been into Ideal Lending in Boise a few times and the girls Tiffany and Julie are wonderful. They are personable yet very professional. Reading the negative review made me want to remind people it's always safe to keep payment information not because it's always needed but because it's always smart to back up your files. It's your own fault if you don't. They will own up to it of they are wrong. If you don't pay or talk to them about payment of course they are going to take what they told you they were going to take in the first place. That is what you sign on the contract. Personally I have never had any issues they have many different ways to pay your bill even through a text message. They do beat ANY title loan company in town when it comes to interest rates, And if you don't believe me take your current loan in and see what they will do for you! Thank you Ideal Lending for realizing we all can't afford 300+ % interest on loans if we want to get out of the loan game. I will suggest this company any day!
