ISU Credit Union in Blackfoot, ID

This is a good financial institution. Had them when I was a student at ISU, then again when our credit union merged with theirs. No mess in the transition, and they always have been helpful and friendly.

Treated me like family! And I loved that they remembered me every time I walked in! The tellers were always friendly and professional. And when I talked to the broker about getting a lone she was very helpful and explained EXTREAMLY well.

I had ordered a credit card which never came. I called in to have another one sent, this time to the bank itself, and when it arrived it was a debit card not a credit card. I once again ordered a credit card and after 3 months from when I first wanted the credit card, I finally got it. I pay my bills early from my credit card but was still charged, around $100 which almost put me into over draft. Today, I found out that the bank has been charging me a fee that I signed a paper stating I did not want all because they had "misplaced my paper work." However, most of the staff is very friendly and remembers you by name.

Very nice people. There's an awkward double door entrance into the CU and parking is down a short alley though. They do have drive up service.

Such a helpful, professional staff. Attractive facilities, little or no wait in lines. Walk in or drive thru service.
