Midland National Life Insurance Company in West Des Moines, IA

You'd think a big company such as this could at the least list the correct phone number?

Worst company I have ever dealt with so far as getting a clients needs satisfied. Thats 31 years as a Life & Annuity specialist.

Currently on hold with Midland going on 45 minutes. Sad to say this isn't even the first time this has been the case with this company. Without a doubt this is the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with as an agent. Safe to say I will never be doing business with the company again and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to do the same. From claim work/processing to just trying to get assistance from a representative to help service a policy has always been a nightmare. Of all insurance companies, Midland truly exemplifies how NOT to do business or treat clients.

I have worked with and continue to work with many Life Insurance companies and Midland by far has the best customer experience. I personally own three life insurance polices with Midland National.

Tried to get a ownership change. In 8 months this has not happened. Kristie Hill - the Annuity Service Manager refuses to call you back and want you to talk to a representative. These rep's have no idea what they are doing. I have filled out at least 10 sheets of paper with signature and SS#. and it goes into a black hole. The rep also told me that there is no money in my account, which is incorrect. I have had to contact the state of Iowa Insurance Division to file a claim and file a claim against Midland National Insurance Company.
