Marine Credit Union (West Des Moines) in West Des Moines, IA

I made a deposit on my account with a money order they sent it back to me an said check returned.. Wen it was a fuking money order.. How could a money order bounce .. So that out my account in bad standing ... I will never do business here

I've been doing business here for many years and feel like the people who work here are not only my personal bankers but are friends. They know my name and ask about my life and I probably talk too much and they are kind to listen. I've never had that at any other bank. When my teenage son got a debit card and overdrafted they called me right away and avoided fees. They are always helpful when I can't access the website or need individual assistance and they never make me feel like it's an inconvenience. Now THAT's customer service! And there's rarely a line!

Wow!! Amazing customer service cared about my situation like were family they helped when nobody would help!! Best Credit Union ever I will forever look to do business with them!!
