Wells Fargo Bank in Pleasant Hill, IA

I don't know what's up with this branch but every time I do in there they are totally unhelpful and standoffish. They won't pick up a finger to help me, a customer since the mid 90s, and it's super frustrating. It's got to the be the manager setting the culture from the top down. Hopefully, they fire that person or that person changes their mind about the culture. It sucks dealing with them though.

Literally the worst bank in the entire world

This is probably the best Wells Fargo store I have gone to In the Des Moines Area. I started my accounting not here at 14 and have always love it. I now live in West Des Moines and will drive all the way to Pleasant Hill because their service is excellent!

Very helpful. They held a lost credit card for me and kept it sage till I could get it picked up. Very plesant teller, asked if there was any way other way he could help. He gave me a Wells Fargo collecctable horse for my long drive :)

Love going into this branch! They always remember my name very friendly people. I live on the other side of town by try to always do my banking at this branch because they are always so friendly and helpful!
