Unless you get Trevor Miller, you will have a terrible time with this bank. They are understaffed and it shows. My husband ordered an ATM card for me on Aug 14th. It is now Sept 2nd and we are still ironing out the details of how I can get the card in hand - after I was told by another staff member the card with be expedited. Lets just all be thankful they don't run the 911 service.

This bank took over 400$ out of my account for a " lost" piece of paper..... Absolutely horrible!!!!! I took my loan from them after only 3 months and closing my account, to top it off they talk to their guests like they're uneducated and refuse to get you in contact with the higher ups....Steer clear
