Horrible service. Has no direct line to bank nothing but automated service that takes forever. Messed up my loans and bank account multiple times. Horrible bank.

We're so glad to be banking with Community 1st. It's not that they never make mistakes. It's how they deal with them that has touched us on several occasions over the years. This morning they bent farther backwards to make things right than we would have ever expected. We didn't think it was that big of a deal and were going to gladly take up the slack on our own, but they went beyond the call of duty before we could. Thank you, Comm 1st of Mt Pleasant!
