City State Bank - Madrid in Madrid, IA

It's a nice place and the people at the bank are very nice

Most of the workers at the front desk are very nice and are happy to help, or they put on a good show that they are happy to help. However, there is an older lady who is probably in her 60's or early 70's who is very unpleasant to deal with. Every time I go in there, she never greets me or anyone else, she never smiles, speaks as little as possible, always gives me this vibe of, "I don't wanna be here", and never even thanks me for coming in or for my business. I don't remember her name, but I'm pretty sure she's the only one around 60-70 years old. Within the last 2 weeks she didn't even say anything when we were done with the transaction. She just walked away from me. I try not to deal with her whenever I go here, I even try avoiding this branch because of her whenever I can, but she's often the only one up there. If there was a lower rating than 0 stars on the rating scale, I'd rate this woman a -3 star. As far as everyone else goes, couldn't be happier. Please remove the baggage from the operation or train her how to do the job that everyone else does so well. Madrid is a nice town and this woman puts off the most negative vibe, causing me to do business elsewhere.
