Check Into Cash in Iowa City, IA

Do NOT do business with this location. They *lose* information in your file. I recently tried to cash a couple checks at another Check Into Cash location while out of town on business. When the out-of-town Check Into Cash location tried to verify business information in my Coralville file, Brittney, the CIC rep *couldn't find* the information and got snotty about it, despite a paper trail history of doing business there. Brittney's attitude was very unprofessional as in, 'why do I have to do this...' Brittney may not have lost the business verification information, but certainly did not handle this situation well and shame on whoever screwed up the file.

The guy behind the counter seemed like he was put out that I came in. I mentioned that he was being rude and he wanted me to go outside and fight. I let the manager know. This guy is still working there. I wouldn't want to give my personal information to some one who is that close to the edge.
