Worst bank ever. Customer service sucks. Takes forever in any of the drive throughs.

I not only waited 3 weeks to receive a new debit card after mine was stolen, but I also had to call the bank twice today to unlock the card because when I would try to buy something it would say "invalid account". Poor communication with partners like shazam, poor communication to customers, and slow service--- as a customer, that certainly doesn't make me want to stick around very long. Also their online system is very difficult to access and every time I try to enter online banking it has said there is an error....so I guess that adds poor online services to the list too.

It is absolutely ridiculous that they close at 4. Especially since all their other branches are open till 6. Horrible customer service as well
